Nicola has been with Sharon Moss Legal (formerly Denese Vale and Associates) since 2003. Nicola has extensive experience in several areas of law, and in particular family law, wills and estates, conveyancing, property law and commercial law.
Nicola is an accredited specialist in family law and is able to provide comprehensive advice in all facets of family law including property, children, child support and apprehended violence orders. Nicola also regularly attends the Federal Magistrates Court, Family Court and Local Court in family matters.
Nicola continues to practice in the area of property and commercial law, with the ability to deal with complex property and commercial matters. She has undertaken work for both developers and individuals, on both sale and purchase, in leasing and other commercial arrangements.
As part of the ethos of Sharon Moss Legal, Nicola encourages resolution and negotiation of all matters in the most cost effective manner possible. Nicola holds the firm belief that in some cases it is better “for a party to be able to take part in determining an outcome than having a third party make that decision for you”.
Personal
Outside of work Nicola has a young family comprising of her husband Damon and son Finlay. Nicola lives on the Northern Beaches and enjoys spending time with her family, watching sport and spending time socializing with friends.
